At noon today, Clark Lake’s Big Melt continued full speed ahead.  With the temperature at 64, accompanied by some sun and wind, there was action. Rain in tomorrow’s forecast could intensify the activity.

The video starts with a salute to Bendele’s flag at the east end.  Then, check out the iceberg that has been visible the last couple days.  Thanks to Bill Bendele and Mike McKay for spotting and reporting it to the website.  A panorama of the east end follows.  Next, the Spirit Cam views the ice at the west end.

Note: no polar bears were harmed.
