The Clark Lake Community Center is now ready to schedule your event for the coming season.

Board Member Meredythe Hill-Van Dusen tells the story:

“With the spring approaching many of you have parties, ceremonies, showers and reunions that the non profit Clark Lake Community Center would love to host! With the gorgeous grounds that the Garden Angels take care of and beautiful views of Clark Lake, this is the perfect place for your gathering. Bring your decorations, food and guests and your party has started! Also available for meetings and business huddles. See a part of Clark Lake’s history and make your own memories.

You can reach Meredythe at 517-206-9802.  Check out available dates by clicking here.  Explore the Community Center by clicking here.

The Graziani cottage stood on Kentucky Point since the late 1800s.  Below is a photo of the the cottage being towed to its present location in the County Park at the east end.  Why did this happen?  Community support was so strong that great effort was made to preserve this important part of Clark Lake history.  Scroll down further to see how it looks today as the Community Center.
