Generators hummed along the Eagle Point Cove and extended east, nearing Ocean Beach Road this morning.  Consumers Energy was on the scene, climbing through the forested area east of Eagle Point Road to repair lines snagged by a falling tree.

Many around the lake awoke abruptly around 5 am to thunder and lightning announcing a storm.  One flash was incredibly brilliant, accompanied instantly by extreme thunder.  Ozone lingered in the air for a few minutes afterwards. A downpour helped to revive the lake level somewhat.  The DamCam shows more water crossing the spillway into Goose Creek.
