Along with a host of fishermen, skaters, and others exploring the lake, this fox walked across the ice at 5 pm today (Sunday). 

It’s not often you see a fox out in the open.  What drove it to take this trek?  A a Google check suggests that foxes prey on small animals like birds, poultry, rabbits and mice.  This fox possibly started his lake journey from the north shore and finally reached the shoreline in Pierces Bay.
