Rain did not dampen the Clark Lake Spirit yesterday afternoon.  The Garden Angels (with husbandly help) unloaded mulch to be used for the Triangle, around the Community Center and at the Tom Collins memorial.  It takes a lot of mulch to make a garden, and lots of work to spread it properly.  The Garden Angels will come out in force and make that happen.  They do have the magic of creating bigger blooms.

Meanwhile, the irrigation system, funded by the Clark Lake Spirit Foundation, wasn’t needed yesterday as rain applied a natural sheen to the new plants.  It certainly will be a great help as it was last year.

In May, the Garden Angels planted in anticipation of another great growing season at Clark Lake.  Here’ s a video that tells the story.
