The Fourth Annual Clark Lake Spirit Trail Beerfest will take place at the Pointe Bar and Grill on Saturday, October 24th from 12 noon to 5 pm. Event coordinator Dan Omo says you can “sample over 50 craft beers, enjoy live music and great food.”
Beerfest is a fundraiser for the Clark Lake Spirit Trail. Every year the Trail requires repairs and improvements. Poor drainage coupled with many freezes and thaws caused major damage to the section of the Trail adjacent to the Post Office. The water logged soil was removed, new foundation put in place, and fresh concrete poured. Dan Omo says that this is a “great opportunity to support the trail and discover new craft beer.”
