As long as people have been coming to Clark Lake, Eagle Point has been a major landmark. For many years, Rollo Every owned and operated a resort on the Point with a wide range of offerings–a hotel, restaurant, pavilion that included a bowling alley and dance hall, later roller skating rink, shooting gallery and other amusements.  Have you ever wondered about the economics of such an undertaking?  Recently uncovered are some rough income and expense notations for some of the years Rollo owned the Point.
