As previously reported, Richard Cochran of Clark Lake passed away on September 30th. A memorial service will be held at Watson Funeral Chapel, 2590 Spring Arbor Road on Saturday, October 16th at 11 am. Following the service, the family will hold a reception at the Beach Bar at 12:30 pm.
Dick, and his wife, Ruth Ann, were heavily involved in all things Clark Lake. As explained in an earlier article, Dick took a leadership role in the founding of the Clark Lake Spirit Trail and was highly supportive of the Clark Lake Community Center. Ruth Ann died in December.
