Interlake 1140 2015 06-21 re

Interlake with sail number 1140

It is as if it were right on cue.  Sunday’s grey skies cleared, the sun shown brightly, a gentle breeze stirred from the west and the thermometer approached 80 degrees.  It all happened at Clark Lake on the first day of summer, and this, after a June that seemed more like the months of April or May.

The pent up desire to be on the water was fulfilled as recreational activities took over the lake–boating, tubing, water skiing, sailing, swimming, raft rides, or just enjoying the scene from the shore (although in the photos below, notice that the invitation to some comfortable looking chairs went unanswered).
