Carp, an invasive species, swim upstream in Goose Creek and attempt to jump the dam at Ocean Beach into Clark Lake. Carp crowd out desirable game fish and add nothing good to Clark Lake. The CarpGard, now in place, should slow them down. Kudos to John Deming, Flip Reynolds and Lee Wilbur.
